Registration
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of products and services offered by 777a, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information. 777a does not accept registrations made with false, incomplete, or misleading information.
📋 Accurate Information Requirement
You are required to provide your real full name, valid date of birth, and an active mobile number. The mobile number you register will serve as your primary account identifier and must correspond to a mobile money account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) held in your own name for withdrawal purposes.
🔐 Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777a will never request your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.
👤 Single Account Policy
Each player may hold only one account with 777a. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777a reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending bets, and withhold any associated bonus funds. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be transferred to the primary account at 777a's sole discretion following identity verification.
Payments
4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
777a processes deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the mobile money platforms accepted on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 777a does not accept cash deposits, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments at this time.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are subject to the following conditions:
- Deposits are credited to your 777a account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt by the Platform. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference.
- Withdrawals are processed to the mobile money account registered in your name on the Platform. 777a will not send withdrawals to a third-party account under any circumstances.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page at the time of the transaction and are subject to change with notice.
- All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol used throughout the Platform refers exclusively to BDT.

777a endeavours to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of request submission, subject to successful identity verification and the absence of any pending account review. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 48 hours. 777a will not be liable for delays caused by the receiving mobile money platform.
Bonuses
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
From time to time, 777a offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms. Where no rollover is stated, a default requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement. Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will be automatically forfeited.
- 777a reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
- Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the wagering requirements and game restrictions stated in the relevant offer. Free spin winnings are typically capped at a maximum cashout value unless otherwise stated.

Gaming Rules

Account Management
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination
777a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may give rise to account suspension or termination:
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information, or failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the single account policy, age eligibility requirements, or the prohibited conduct rules in Section 6.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other use of the Platform for unlawful purposes.
- At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes. Voluntary self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours.
Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile money account within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and the absence of any outstanding compliance hold.

Liability

Legal Framework
11. Governing Law and Amendments

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 777a's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
